Strength

The strengthof the commerce department is

  2. committed and work minded to motivate the students for their welfare .
  3. Good Teaching Staff

Weakness

  1. All the aided lecturers are retired. Instead of them no appointment have been made by the Government
  2. lack of active research work

Opportunity

Students have good employment opportunities to work in various chemical
Pharmaceutical laboratories


Challenge

  1. Challenge faced by the department is that there is heavy work load CBCS papers to be shared by the available staff members each paper is loaded with heavy syllabus. The teachers have to justify every paper in spite of time constants.
  2. Rural area with poor education background and academically weak Students.

 

Future Plans

    • Promotion of research culture in the department.
    • Planning to provide provision for campus placements
    • Providing Enrolment of students into live projects in pharmacy labs
