Weakness

1. All the aided lecturers are retired. Instead of them no appointment have been made by the Government

Challenge

1. Challenge faced by the department is that there is heavy work load CBCS papers to be shared by the available staff members each paper is loaded with heavy syllabus. The teachers have to justify every paper in spite of time constants.
2. Rural area with poor education background and academically weak Students.

Future Plans

• Improve the Student strength
• To motivate and guide the students to enter into CA,ICWA
• To enrich students for competitive exams and  civil service
• To startadd on course related to small scale industry.
• To start Accounting Package Programme making students to develop employability
• To have an idea of conducting a national seminar / workshop in ourCollege.
