- Staff do not have Ph.D
- Number of National seminars/workshops to be organized.
- Getting weak and rural background students at first year degree level.
- The college is located in rural area
- Lack of Communication Skills to the Students
Opportunities
- Good scope for higher studies and research.

- Decline of interest of students in basic sciences.
- Government policies not to aid the unaided courses and regularize the staff.
- Large number of engineering colleges in the neighboring places.
- Teaching the heterogeneous group of students.
- Motivating the students to select in the central universities
Future Plans
- We want to introduce certificate course in Physics allied areas.
- We would like to give Individual / Group projects to enhance research bent up mind among our students.
